Management Console
AccessPoint’s Management Console allows administrators to manage form design, distribution, and reporting through an intuitive and easy-to-use web interface. End-users can access their data, run reports and export data without intervention by IT staff. Access these functions can be limited based on user rights and is managed within the Management Console.
Reports
Create custom queries based on collected field data. Multiple Reports can be saved and filed on the system. Several data export features are available, as well as JasperSoft Reports* integration.

Data Views
View your data on a record-by-record basis. Review record’s update history and append additional documents at this level.

User Management
Users in the system can be setup with multiple rights. Allowing for the customization of who gets what data, when and where.

Customization
The entire site can be custom configured: Branded with client logo, use of corporate colors on all control objects, and localization settings (time, date, language).
