Sandeep Bhanote, Co-founder and CEO, brings broad experience in delivering critical engineering solutions to multinational enterprises including leading investment banks, such as Waterhouse Securities, Goldman Sachs, DLJ, and JP Morgan. Sandeep co-founded Global Bay to deliver high-impact solutions in a cost effective manner to clients in a cross-section of vertical industries. As CEO, Sandeep's time is split between cultivating strategic relationships with clients, partners, advisors and investors as well as driving the technical direction of Global Bay's products and services.  Sandeep was a semi-finalist in the Entrepreneur of the Year awards held by the Harvard Business School in 2002 and also sits on the Board of Directors.

Nimit Sabharwal, Co-founder and Vice President,  has a strong background in finance, and has managed Global Bay's exponential organic growth since its inception. Prior to Global Bay, Nimit ran a family property business that has operations in the UK and France. Nimit has a First Class Honors Degree from the University of London, where he was also awarded the "Drapers Company Prize" for Outstanding Academic Achievement.  Nimit was a semi-finalist in the Entrepreneur of the Year awards held by the Harvard Business School in 2002 and led negotiations with the GSA to secure Global Bay's GSA schedule in 2003.  Nimit is responsible for operational management at Global Bay. Nimit also sits on the Board of Directors

Harlan Eplan, VP Business Development, joined Global Bay in 2003, responsible for managing and developing client and partner relationships and account management. He has been involved in strategic business and strategy consulting for over 10 years. During his career, he has worked on large technology strategy and implementation engagements for GE Capital, GE Plastics, AIG Insurance, Kemper Insurance, Delta Dental, The City of NY Dept. of Health, among others. Prior to his tenure at Global Bay, Harlan was a Senior Consultant and Director at Proxicom, Inc., a Web consulting firm. He was also a Senior Manager for Deloitte and Touche's Consulting group in New York City. Harlan holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a Bachelors of Arts from Clark University. 

Justin Coward, Managing Director, Europe started his career with 8 years at Hewlett Packard in wide range of positions from technical consulting to sales management. This provided good grounding in a breadth of technologies and their application to business. He moved to Manhattan, New York with HP in 1994, returning to the UK in 2002.His next role away from Hewlett Packard was sales manager at Diversinet. This was the beginning of his interest in mobile application technology. Justin co-founded Airframe Technologies, a mobile application development company, and OpenAir Communications, a mobile service and data solution provider. Justin came back to the UK to manage the Mobile Application Division of OpenAir, which in turn resold Global Bay's AccessPoint product.Justin has a breadth of experience in applying technology to business. In particular, a core part of his work in the last 6 years has been working with mobile technology, including wireless technologies and mobile software applications to a myriad of vertical markets and customers.As managing Director for Europe, Justin oversees all operations and customer delivery in this region. He ensures that European locality requirements are fed into the product team ensuring that our customers receive efficient, effective and quality deliverables.

Kevin Swanwick, Director of Retail Sales, Kevin's long history in the retail technology industry began in January, 1984 at CRS Retail Systems.  Kevin developed sales, marketing and product positioning strategies for the company over the course of  23 years of steady and profitable growth, during which time CRS executed a private equity agreement with Accel-KKR, the acquisitions of FOUND, Inc. and Apropos, Inc. and the eventual sale of the company in 2005 to Epicor, Inc. As a principal in CRS Retail Systems, Kevin remained a key strategist and managed the sales organization, playing a key role in the marketing of the CRS Retail Systems brand as well as the development of strategic relationships with key technology partners such as IBM, Microsoft and Symbol Technologies.
